Icecast Streaming Media Server

Hi
need to setup a stream at port 443. Icecast can't run - error: "could not create listener socket on port 443. - Server start up failded - Unale to start server"
using netstat port 443 isnt used. Firewall is open on 443.
Port 440 to 450 are working fine apart from 443 and 445.

I can set two streams on 8000 and 8001 (working fine); indeed all randomly tested ports are working apart from 443 and 447.

Any idea why 443 isnt working?
