Hi!
ucecast has a problem with national special-chars in title-name.
what to to? thatīs very annoying for some reasons.
will it be fixed ?

If you are talking about mp3 type streams then non-ascii chars have always been an issue. icecast takes the approach of using UTF8 but I'm guessing that you are using some other character set. Only my branch work has the option of specifying a non-utf8 charset currently, which affects the display for stats and YP only (check my www link if you want to use it).

sorry for fuzzy informations. we're using ices-04 for an AutoDJ and our DJs are using SAM Broadcaster to go on air.
When the SAM sends the Tracknames to Icecast-Server the Server shows not the correct trackname if there are those non-ascii-chars inside.
I cannot see any configuration inside SAM to make him use UTF-8.
