Hello, i have encoding problems in Icecast web status. Here screenshot of problems:

as you can see wrong encoding at server_start and stream_star so SAM Broadcaster can't fletch info how many listeners at mount point now. Please give any advise how to fix this.
OS: Windows Xp Professional Russian
