Howdy! Just installed Icecast 2.3.1 server on a Linux (FC6) box to be used as an Audio streamer for an Intranet "radio station" at our office. I have configured a couple of people to use Winamp/Oddcast on their PC's to be DJ's and it looks like the content is streaming and people are listening.
Question: We have a "cube farm", and individuals are many times listening to the same stream next to each other. The problem is that the streams are offset in time from each other, and the listeners are complaining to me about this. Is there any way to control this via Icecast settings? I don't care about source to server latency, but it is important in our usage case that the client streams are reasonably synchronized.
Thanks!

There's no sync mechanism that icecast provides as the problem is listener client related (eg how much do they buffer for instance).
